At Raande, we are dedicated to providing our customers with a seamless and reliable shipping experience. This Shipping Policy applies to all products sold and delivered within the United States. Please review the following information to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

Order Processing and Handling Time

Orders placed before 18:00 (GMT-5), Monday to Friday, will begin processing on the same business day. Orders received after this cut-off time or during weekends and U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Our standard handling time ranges between 3 to 5 business days, during which your order is carefully verified, packed, and prepared for dispatch. We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

Transit and Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated transit time for delivery is between 5 to 15 business days, depending on your location and carrier performance. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday only. Please note that during high-demand periods or unforeseen circumstances (such as weather delays or customs inspections), delivery times may extend slightly beyond the estimated window.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery timeframe, including both handling and transit, is approximately 8–20 business days from the date your order is placed. We strive to ensure all orders are delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible while maintaining the highest standards of care in packaging and shipment.

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no additional handling or delivery charges applied at checkout. If you pay using another currency, please note that your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates or transaction fees that are beyond our control.
