At Raande, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Our goal is to ensure your shopping experience is simple, transparent, and worry-free. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made within the United States and is designed to outline your rights and our procedures for handling returns and refunds.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging and accessories. Products that show signs of wear, damage, or modification may not be eligible for a return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@raande.com. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a return label to download and print. Returns are completed by mail only, and we do not currently accept in-store returns or drop-offs. Raande will bear the full cost of return shipping, so customers will not incur any additional fees for sending items back.

Restocking Fees

We believe in fairness and transparency. Therefore, no restocking fees apply to any returns or exchanges made through our store. The full purchase price of the eligible item will be refunded once your return has been received and processed.

Refund Process and Timeline

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your item and confirm the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 16 business days. You will also receive a confirmation email once your refund has been successfully processed. Please note that if your payment was made in a currency other than USD, your financial institution may apply exchange rates or additional transaction fees beyond our control.
